Ridgeland seeks opportunities to acquire producing properties with low risk developmental potential through offset drilling and enhancement opportunities. MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

Economics drive all programs. In order to ensure economic success any associated drilling program must be aware of basin and play risk and the application of the tools that ameliorate that risk. Geology is site specific and geologic trapping mechanism change as the rocks at depth change so the management evaluation style must also adjust..
Experience shows that every prospect is a team effort and success allows each member to claim ownership of the discovery. Any success in which I have been involved has been the effort of a fine team of professionals. All failures are mine. The historical review of prospects generated and sold is difficult because unless operated the developmental results becomes obscure.
